Natalia Dobecka, Attorney-At-Law Registered with the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Wrocław. She specializes in data protection law and participates in the comprehensive implementation of GDPR procedures for businesses. Her experience also includes advising on commercial contracts, with a particular focus on intellectual property rights, new technologies, and construction works. Additionally, she supports businesses in ensuring compliance of their operations and internal corporate procedures with regulations, including commercial law, labor law, and e-commerce. She provides legal advice in both Polish and English.

He is the author of several scholarly publications on civil law, both substantive and procedural. He was the winner of the 3rd edition of the National Competition for Trainee Legal Advisors and Attorneys, "Construction Disputes in Supreme Court Case Law." She specializes in handling commercial disputes, particularly representing investors and contractors in construction disputes at both the pre-litigation and litigation stages. She has experience in proceedings related to securing evidence (such as conducting exploratory works and securing chemical and technical parameters of building materials). She provides advice on contract drafting, especially for investors, developers, tenants, and landlords, as well as on goods supply agreements with partners from the EU and third countries (including China). She provides legal advice in both Polish and English.
